-> tony_: and if the distributor is turned other way, you should connect the first cable to the hole where the thumb is pointing to (but it is the shortest cable, so it may be too short), or take out the distributor and put it back in the right rotation.

-> tony_: ignition order is 1-3-4-2. When you turn the engine, so 1st piston is at the top, thumb of the distributor should be about 2.5 o' clock. There should be plugged cable to the 1st candle.

-> tony_: first cylinder is located near distributor

Which is the ingition order and where is located the 1-st cylinder (at water pump or at the cluth)....

-> tony_: it is hard to say. you can buy S120 in very good condition for 3500CZK, but also for 30000CZK.

Can someone tell me the price of a good Skoda 120 (bodywork) the mechanical part i will do it myself.

-> tony_: I recomend type from Rapid.... (whole gearbox+axles). the best from this type is gearbox from 120LX or Rapid RiC, but due to manufactured pieces it is almost impossible to buy.

in the first picture is the gas pump...

I mean the oil pump , the 2 sprockets are weared(there is a large gap between the sprocket and the cap)...

Another question...if I may.... where is located the relief valve on an engine like in the pictures?

If you have problem with oil bulb control, then you can check if you havent dirty strainer on oil pump.

If its clean its posible your crank-shaft bearing wear, and need regrinding and new crank brass

-> tony_: the set of pistons, tonques and rolls (i dont know how to translate "valec" :-)) costs about 2684CZK, chain+sprockets set costs about 500CZK, but there is a problem with quality of secondary manufactured parts... :-(



oil pump can be repaired - you need membrane and ventils, its no problem to buy - it costs about 100CZK



very big problem is transport of parts to Romaina - maybe some of members from this site can go near you - for example to holiday, its perfect chance to transport some of parts :) transporting by post may be quite expensive
