i have to skip most of the foreign races (CZ & SK) and i only concentrate to the domestic ones for prize money. It seems that i skip slusovice too :-( Because of Wedding:-)

yesterday we measured the weight of the car: the race version is only 630kg + driver (75kg)
We realized in the carburettor that the jetting was terrible! 155/240. it means the air/fuel mixture was quite weak. 1.cyl: below normal; 2.cyl: weak; 3.cyl: very weak; 4.cyl: weak. at the 3rd cylinder somehow the exhaust valve couldnt close well. additionally realized other problems as well. at the moment we working on it... good news the modified 4th gear is done:)
my first CZ debut: may.9 at Mimonske valky! bye

we use to say its a 31/37 cylinder-head :)

The camshaft is an original CZ one. The crankshaft is a normal fabia from the 8v engine without lighting.

-> Favorit 1500: well, thats pretty good anyways, thumbs up for you ride, it dosnt matter if 130 or 120 hp, you achieve very nice places
today we measured the favorit's acceleration with a special instrument. unfortunately the 153hp is not true! :-( it's only 136-140hp... (117-120 Wheel horse power instead of 132)
at Slusovice i did the race with 2 x Weber 40Dcom, bad spark plugs and plus 20kg. the car was about 132hp not more...
at the acceleration diagram you can see the green line which is horsepower on the wheels. To the flywheels u have to times it with a factor 1.17 because of losses.

thanx everybody:) well, Mimon's War isthe furthest sprint400 from Budapest: 2 x 585km with this car...
hopefully at this weeked we do another acceleration test so we will know whether the 153hp is true or not
