Sunday i drive my car with new gearbox 3.90 with trail axel from s100. It,s move very good and very fast:)I'am very happy after hard work whit gearbox transplant .Now all mechanical parts it's 100% from Rapid 130.Just brake discs of the back wheels i need;)

Text: Motor´s head ( DK, This is´nt on dictionary) is unbend by compresion press after angular rotation a transsmision crank.
You must deleted a trash ( result of old seal) of a seating faces. We recomanded a cut-down a head?, specially for 135 – 136.
We put on new seal ( The Škoda sign top ) and we put the head. Feaze the screws in 3 periods by sequence.
Škoda 100 – 130
Feaze moment 20 Nm in the first period. Pass the head for sit. ( Get a break )
Feaze on 20 Nm in the next period and 40 Nm in the last period.
The screws must be feaze free ! You can help by graphit vaselin.
Škoda 135-136, Favorit
Feaze the screws 20 Nm, after of ( by , on, about DK ) 90° and 90° again.
If you faze it in car ( The engine is in car ), you cant mark out????? The 90°, because you can´t make a rev.
You can feaze the screw on 30Nm in the first period, on 60Nm in second period and 70Nm in the last period.
You must feaze the crews in Š 100 – 130 after you pass 1000 Km. You mus nt do it in Š 165 – 136.

Hlava se uvolní kompresním tlakem po pootočení kliky motoru. Dosedací plochy je třeba dobře očistit od zbytků starého těsnění a od jiných nečistot. Doporučuje se nechat hlavu přerovnat (snížit) a to zvláště u 135-136 kdy bývá vyžraná.
Nasadíme nové těsnění znakem škoda nahoru a nasadíme hlavu. Šrouby dotahujeme dle pořadí ve třech fázích. Pro Š100-130 dotahujte v první fázi momentem 20Nm, poté nechte chvíli hlavu sednou, dále dotáhněte na 40Nm a nakonec na 50-55Nm. Nutno podotknout, že všechny šrouby by měly jít zašroubovat volně. Pokud tak není, zkresluje to utahovací moment a je lepší šroub několikrát zatočit a vytočit. Samozřejmě před každým zatočením šrouby řádně očistěte. Můžete si pomoci grafitovou vazelínou. Pro 135-136 a favorita utáhněte šrouby silou 20Nm, poté o 90° a znovu o 90°. Pokud utahujete hlavu přímo na vozu, lze u některých šroubů těžko určit oněch 90° protože nelze požadovaná část otáčky provést jedním tahem. Dá se to udělat tak, že v první fázi utáhnete šrouby na 30Nm, v druhé na 60Nm a nakonec na 70Nm. U 135-136 se nemusí provádět dotažení šroubů, u Š100-130 po ujetí 1000km.

You mean torgue moment? Its 100Nm for serial engine and gearbox is constructed for 120Nm, but many of them (after general repair) goes with 160Nm engines :)

Thank you very much Eidy!!!Whit my engine i solved the problem, gasket failure :) because the dinamometric key very vrey cheap model.Over 3 weeks a fiends go in Slovacia and i have a very long list whith spare parts. I think to find my litle toothed wheel.Police not to leave change your engine whit favo engine??

Hello. Try to take termostat from engine away. Then you will know if it is because of this or not.
Distributor: A have Favo engine with classic distributor too. I think, we do it because of police. It seems more like original engine then newer one.
gearwheel: I think that nobody (no shop) will send it to you because it is too far. try to find some wracked škoda. If you give wheel from another gearbox (4,44 or 4,22) it will show lower speed than with original wheel.
